Sometimes You Just Need Some Resistence

My family and I just returned from a week in Washington D.C., where we amassed miles and miles of walking.  Additionally, we took in some beautiful morning runs, gazing at the sun as it spilled onto the Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial and the Capital.  As inspiring as all of this cardiovascular activity was, I arrived back in Nashville, ready to lift something!  Resistance exercise is such a critical piece to our health.  It keeps us strong, mobile, flexible and resilient.
